Exchanges and Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason the item didn't fit or wasn't quite what you expected, no problem, Gurte will sort it out!
Exchange or Return Period
You can request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days after receiving the order, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
Conditions
For an exchange or return to be accepted, the item must be:

Unused and without signs of washing

With all original tags and packaging

Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase
Shipping

In case of return due to regret, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

If the product arrived with any defect or shipping error, shipping is on us.
Refund
Once we receive the item and it meets the conditions, we will process the refund using the same payment method within 7 business days.
Policy for Returned Orders or Orders with Incorrect Data
Orders that return to our operation due to incorrect address, absent recipient, non-collection, or any other reason preventing delivery, as well as orders that cannot be shipped due to incomplete or incorrect data provided by the customer, will remain reserved for a period of up to 60 (sixty) calendar days, counted from the date of return or the first contact attempt.
During this period, the Gurte team will attempt to contact the customer via email and/or WhatsApp to regularize the shipment.
If there is no response from the customer within 60 days, the order will be automatically canceled, and the amount paid for the product will be available as store credit (coupon), for the full value of the item purchased, disregarding the shipping cost, when applicable.
The generated credit will be valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of issue and can be used for any future purchase on the website.
After the credit expires, without manifestation or use by the customer, Gurte reserves the right to terminate the obligation regarding the order, reintegrating the product into stock or giving it the destination it deems appropriate.
In case of subsequent manifestation by the customer within the credit's validity period, the amount will normally be available for use according to this policy.
International Purchases
For orders placed outside of Brazil, we do not process cancellations after payment confirmation.
We also do not process product exchanges for international orders.
In case of return, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping and any customs fees. The refund will only be processed after receipt of the product and verification of the conditions stated in this policy.
