Exchanges and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for some reason the item doesn't fit or isn't quite what you expected, no problem, Gurte will sort it out!

Deadline for Exchange or Return

You can request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days after receiving the order, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

Conditions

For the exchange or return to be accepted, the item must be:

• Unused and without signs of washing

• With all original labels and packaging

• Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

Freight

• In case of return due to regret , the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

• If the product has a defect or shipping error , the shipping costs are on us.

Reimbursement

Once we receive the item and it is in good condition, we will refund you using the same payment method within 7 business days .
